Have tried many different electrolyte powders over the years and the ones from Zeal are the best I've found. With 90 servings, it works out to around $0.35/per serving and has a full spectrum of electrolytes plus B vitamins. Another selling point was it contained folate and not folic acid; no sugar and natural flavors. It tastes great too! Because there are no preservatives, it you don't drink it in about 1 day, it will go bad so mix up only as much as you will need. When you think about what it costs to buy pre-mixed electrolyte drinks in the store, not to mention how much more this one provides, you will save yourself big $ in the long run and get a much better product. I highly recommend this product for everyone.

I have some medical issues which dehydrate me fast. I bought this to keep my hydration levels up and help retain some fluids and my sodium levels. I will say this stuff helps keep me hydrated. When I alternate between water and this I can tell my hydration levels are up and my body is retaining more of the fluids and sodium than just water alone.I bought the cherry limeade flavor and it’s actually pretty good. It’s not going to taste like you’re drinking a cherry limeade from Sonic but this has become a go to refreshing drink. I actually enjoy drinking this.I’m glad I found this. Just bought 2 more tubs so I don’t run out. Highly recommend.

I've ordered this stuff three times in various flavors. The first one was great. The second one they delivered a completely different flavor that was not even close, and I did not like it. I tried. As it is food it is non-returnable. The third one has been kicking around either UPS or their fulfillment warehouse, I can't tell which, for over two weeks and Amazon says it is lost. While I like the product I have to ding it a star for pretty bad order accuracy and fulfillment. I'll see if I can find it or an alternative at a brick and mortar.

I rarely EVER write reviews! But I’m really impressed with these hydration products. I am someone who likes to drink alcohol pretty regularly. I noticed I was having heart palpitations at night when I’d sleep. My doctor said it was normal and my heart checked out as fine. But it drive me NUTS!! Waking me up every night! I tried drinking lots of water (sometimes helped a little) and many other things. NOTHING WORKED!I rando melt tried this product for the heck of it, and it’s been a god send! No more heart palpitations or rapid heart beat! I make it slightly stronger than recommended, chug it down before bed and it slows my rapid heart beats and I can sleep comfortably! Really impressive! THANK YOU!!

With having Crohns I'm on nanny medications so it's important for me to elevate my electrolytes intake throughout the day which can be costly. I thought I'd give this company a try as it looked to be a potential good candidate and I'm regretting the purchase as the taste is straight horrendous from start to finish. I can't finish this container let alone one scoop. Would not recommend unfortunately. Sorry this couldn't be a positive review. Which it were.

I have bought the black cherry flavor of this in the past and it tasted great. What I like about this brand is that it has a lot of things missing in other electrolyte mixes. I especially like that it has zinc in it.Unfortunately, this cherry limeade flavor is not good. It doesn't have the tartness it should have (the black cherry flavor has that) nor any real sweetness so it does not go down easy.I also do not like the fact that there is no information about WHERE this is manufactured, only where the company itself is based. This makes me feel that it's probably made in China, which can be a real health concern when it comes to consumables.

My husband and I play pickleball several times a week. I have had severe cramping in my toes over the winter so I know I needed to hydrate and needed electrolytes. I decided on this product after finding cherry limeade flavor. I knew it would be good and it is. I have 2 servings a day as prescribed and have noticed I'm not cramping anymore. My husband is now drinking as well. It's been 30 days and we still have half the container left. Great value for the money.

The product is effective, as I feel replenished after drinking this.
