Q: Is this passion Flower? Does it contain alcohol? thank you.

It is mainly Passion Flower (70%) but also contains Avena Sativa (Oats) which are thought to be a nerve tonic by herbalists. Yes it does contain alcohol. Most herbal tinctures do as it's a good way to extract the important factors from the herbs. You could add the tincture to freshly boiled water which would evaporate most of the alcohol, but might also evaporate some of the active constituents. You only take a very small quantity of the tincture (20 drops) so the volume of alcohol will be minimal.

I had 30 drops at day and lasted for 2 months

There is 229mg of passionflower per dose (20 drops). We don't measure the flavonoids.

Hi, There is no limit to the length of course, although we recommend stopping the product once symptoms have resolved. If symptoms return, the product can be resumed. It’s useful to stop just to confirm if the product is still required.
