RUDDINGS WOOD 9" Log Roll Border Edging 240cm Long Roll

All these type of edgings are the same and are a little weak with just the galvanised wire holding it together, what I do ( if I may suggest ) is before fitting in situ is to lay it face down on a level surface and screw two rows of roofing batons to the back,great for a straight line and even if you are going around a gentle bend you can do multiple half cuts through the batons and achieve a bend where you need it, yes it is more work and just a little bit more expense but you end up with a hell of a strong edging that will last for years, you can buy 2 metre ( that's about 6 feet to us old farts ) roofing batons in a pack normally 6 or 8 for about 6 pounds from your local DIY or we have a "in Excess" shop nearby that do them nice and cheap, oh yes, I'm supposed to review the product, sorry, very good, looks nice and not at all rough looking which I was half expecting, quality timber used and not full of knots, pressure treated so that it's going to last a while and a great price considering the quality, also delivered in a couple of days, would defiantly use this company again.cheers

Slightly better quality than the average log-rolls I've used. It doesn't make a huge difference, but they're just a tad easier to work with, look a bit better and give the impression they'll last longer.

I wanted something to go round a flower bed that was a little bit rustic and this fits the bill perfectly. This has been protected well so am sure it will last a few years before having to put a protective coat on again, but looks the business around the flower bed. Also felt this was good value for money and arrived very quickly. Was so impressed with the quality that I have just ordered a few more.

Was having difficulty finding the right size locally for my garden and was lucky enough to find these on Amazon. They fitted my purpose beautifully and the price was reasonable. Delivery was speedy and overall am very happy with my purchase they finish off the surrounds of my garden with panache.

Very easy to unroll and install. You'll need pliers/cutters to open the pack/cut the metal wire at one end, then it's easy. I found the best way to use was to dig a little trench about 5cm deep for the fencing to sit in then knock into place with a hammer until even along the whole border. Don't bother with a spirit level etc because the fencing will settle in different ways according to the soil underneath. On opening there were grey patches on the wood but that's gone now after a few weeks of dry weather. They now look great!
