Overdoor Cervical Traction Device with Door Bracket

Absolutely the poorest quality unlike the original Neckpro which was metal and very strong I sent this latest one back as it was plastic and flimsy and certainly not worth £74 -10 p

Bought the origianl neck pro many years ago (photos attached) but was recently misplaced due to relocation. This device worked really well and never had neck issues again. Couldnt find this exact same device so I purchased this one on amazon to replace. Recieved the device and could tell right away it was a foreign knock off and lower quality than the intial one. Bracket over door is cheap plastic that broke first time used. The blue traction part of the device is nothing short of junk. You pull the rope for clicks but after the second click the device released and wouldnt tighten any more. I am not a big man at 6' 200 pounds so can imagine for heftier people. After that, it would not lock in place at all and the rope just went back and forth with no tension. Returned it as fast as I could. Bring back the old neck pro, Do not waste your money on this one. Interesting enough, I went to london and saw link for original device on another website but after purchase they sent me this same crappy device. Didnt work either and sent that back even faster. Not worth 1 star in my opinion.

Should be zero stars. This has to be a chinese counterfeit product, the quality level is so bad it doesn't even work right out of the box. The plastic ratchet pulley and door hanger are so cheap they are guaranteed to break. On the one I received the pulley doesn't even function. Do not buy this product.

It's garbage quality thing, does not hold a position and finally broke in less then 1 month

This item was fine for the short time I used it. However, I found the original metal item...much more durable.
