Functional. Sections for documents are open at bottom. Don’t know if actually fireproof . Zipper looks kind of cheap but it works just fine.

Holds a lot!

It holds more documents than you might think. It held all my Wills, investments, life insurance, passports etc with ease. I hope it’s as fire and water resistant as advertised.
