Works okay
I bought these to try and fix a couple of controllers I have lying around due to the dreaded stick drift.I have no experience soldering and thought it would be fun. These pieces fit perfectly within the Xbox one controller. On gamepad tester they don’t move as smoothly as the original component and they don’t feel as good to use but are still useable, also on gamepad tester they aren’t aligned perfectly, I might be nitpicking, but they work well with no stick drift.I must put as a side note that I haven’t used the controller for a prolonged period so I'm not sure if they will hold up over time.

Fixed my Series X Controller
I had been having really bad stick drift in the right stick of my Series X controller. Tried the fixes online and cleaning the potentiometer discs but this didn't solve it. Once I had used this product to garner a replacement potentiometer/metal disc and put it in the stick drift was gone.I can't believe it worked but it did, saved £50 on new controller.

These are way off the original ps4 parts, unusable for most games.
I bought these because it was 8pm and they were the only ones still available for prime next day, so i cannot fault Amazons delivery. But although the products 'work', the 2 potentiometers in each stick are way off the originals, to the extent where it is impossible to play a game where you need precise aiming. Just moving these 1/3 of the travel is the same as moving the originals all the way, so you lose that fine control. Trying to get a sniper aim in fortnite is now impossible, my friends have disowned me and even changing the settings does not help. Ive found the cause of the problem, and that is the potentiometers themselves, the originals centre at 5kohms, then drop off to 0ohms over the entire travel. These new ones centre at 5kohms, but, drop off to 0 in about 1/3 of the travel, leaving a massive outer dead band. So for me ill be throwing these away and getting some better ones, which is a shame because they actually look well built, they have just used cheap/incorrect parts. Might be ok for some basis coarse games, but nothing where you need fine control.

Need a hot air gun for a full replacement
Managed to fix stick drift on one if my controllers. I only used one of the green sections. Desoldering was a bit of a problem as I didn't have a heat gun, would recommend you do.

Stick drift On Xbox One Controller FIXED!
My official Xbox One controller developed the dreaded stick drift on the left thumbstick causing unwanted forward inputs, I tried all the YouTube quick fixes with no success.....cut a long story I've basically done the same as above post by Old Romans and just replaced the white disc (many thanks)I tested the controller on a gamepad tester website where all the inputs are measured via a cross hair display, the new sensor is still a little off but not enough to cause drift so I'm happy to have saved ££££££££s not having to replace the controller.... with that I can recommend these sensors in the way I have used them. Its worth a go :)
