Aquaphor Healing Ointment - Protectant for Dry Cracked Skin - 1.75 Ounce (Pack of 6)

I read a lot of reviews of Aquaphor saying its the solution to my dry lips. Currently been taken accutane which is medication that drastically dries the lips. Tried so many lip balms from Vaseline, Burts Bees, Carmex, even the Aquaphor lip balm. Nothing comes close to this. This has a thickness that keeps the lips hydrated especially overnight and works wonders. In addition I use them for scabs or wounds and it helps the healing process speed up so much faster. Can't recommend enough!

Having suffered from problem skin for years I happened upon this product by accident when I was away from home and plagued by particularly dry patches on my face. My skin is very dry, but I found other products left my skin feeling oily and looking too shiny. This ointment has completely changed my skin, evened out my dry patches and I no longer suffer from flakiness or spots. It has the consistency of thinned-down Vaseline, which I realise might put you off, but you don't need to use that much of the product and it keeps your skin moisturised all day.Your skin will be different to mine, so results will vary. If you buy this and it doesn't work for your face, you could use it up as a hand cream, foot moisturiser or even a lip salve. If you do like it, and it works as well for you as it does for me (and I do hope that that is the case) you can economise by buying a larger size - - which I have been using daily for nearly a year now and it is only just half-empty!

This was recommended by my Tattooist. It works really well as immediate aftercare, soothes & eases any inflammation. We use this regularly in our house as part of the aftercare process. Excellent healing time. Definitely recommend

Was previously buying smaller tubes but got the 50g instead because I love this as lip balm so much! Nothing compares, looks so glossy but feels like the best lip balm!

I bought this to use on my lips as I was just starting accutane. Due to the hype around this I didn’t think much of it at first, I didn’t feel like it was particularly moisturising and it felt a bit nothingy on my lips. However once my lips got dryer and began to crack and split this cane into its own. The healing element of this is spot on and I don’t know what I would have done without it! If I had any particularly dry spots on my face I would use this and I even put it up my nose to keep the nose bleeds at bay! Perfect product, you need this!!!

Bin gerade auf meiner Isotretinoin Therapie und habe deswegen sehr spröde Lippen die leider auch von Zeit zu Zeit aufplatzen deswegen. Das Healing Ointment hilft dabei richtig gut. Trage es am Tag dünn mehrmals dünn auf und am Abend vorm schlafen gehen eine dickere Schicht.Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!
