Anti-Allergy Hollowfibre Duvet Quilt by CosyWinks® Double, 15 TOG

I did not dislike it.it was comfortable and thick and it was good value for the money I am happy with this item.

Best quilt I have ever had, very lightweight but really warm. Easy to fit into covers as it is not bulky, would recommend.

Heavy and toasty warm. But there was a rip in the quilt

Even though this duvet is cheap it is a very good quality duvet and the cover is not that horrible thin t-bag type. I wasn't disappointed at all. But even though I ordered the 4.5 tog i'm not sure it is because it's still very warm .... I was using a higher tog over the winter months and this one feels just as warm. But saying that, it's excellent for the price and I would recommend it.

The quilt is very stiff so doesn't drape around you, which if you sleep in a cold room means you get cold drafts.It does wash well and is light weight. So if you're looking for a quilt that's more like feather filled, this isn't it.

Original 1 Star Review:************************************************Seems really cheap and nasty. Not so much hollowfibre, more just hollow. I've had hollowfibre standard double and single both by another supplier/manufacturer, which were really good quality, despite being cheap. This, however, cost more (okay, so it 'Super King's) but feels too thin and flimsy for a 15 tog, with the gaps at the side of the stitching. Also, I'm not sure if it is my new duvet cover being too big, or this duvet being too small, (or maybe a bit of both), but I suspect it is probably this duvet that is not really super king. It was only after realised that my order was the bizarrely and undefined listed 'Size 15' (what does that mean?!), although it still says super-king on the title of the page and on the wrapper of the duvet. But it looks and feels terrible. I should've spent a little more on a branded one like 'Silentnight', which I may have to do now.************************************************Update 5 star review:Okay, after further testing (i.e sleeping) of this 15 tog duvet, it would seem I'd wrongly prejudged this item, as it was much warmer than it first appeared. Been using it for over a week now, and some nights were extremely frosty with sub-zero temperatures, but it did a very good job at keep in the body heat. You may may be able to get better if you pay more (though finding 15 tog super-king duvets is more difficult than you think), but for the price of around £15 this is great value for money.
