Definitely sturdy
Hate the price for these but they were sturdy and we still have left over pans from our event

NO Center Support
We brought these, to use to serve a buffet. The Wire Rack does not have a center support, that is the chafing dish stays in place, using only the edges to load-balance. We had a few dishes, that were heavy, and it collapsed on its weight and created a mess.Bad products, don't buy.
