I liked the fast delivery

Had to have for college classes.

Most OTA's do not use soap format anymore. Wish I would never have purchased it. Would be great if you plan on writing soap notes often!

Good start

This book was very helpful for OT school, but could me used for any medical profession. It gives a good explanations about writing soap notes and has several examples and practices for putting the information to use. I would recommend this book.

This is an easy to read and easy to understand book. It provides simple examples that can be generalized and applied in different settings.

This book is awesome! It has been very helpful in writing my SOAP notes. Definitely recommend to any OT student!
