Creamy and full of flavour but the cardboard container misshaped a lot in transit despite ice packs for delivery and I found it too flimsy and it stayed distorted despite freezing in the fridge

Dear Carte D'or
The taste of this Mint choc chip ice cream is nice, however some problems I found with typically all Carte D'or ice creams. Typically they are all too soft and melt so quickly, they are not dense and the moment you take most of them out of the freezer they have maybe 20-30 minutes before it becomes really soft and liquid, this is because they are not dense like Ben and Jerry's or Hagen daz ice creams, that are tough and don't get soft as quick as the Carte D'or.I only wish they make them as dense as Ben and Jerry's and make them dairy free with reduced sugar and replace sugar with agave that is actually good for gut microbiome. Every time I eat these ice creams I want to go bathroom, this is because I am lactose intolerant and is hard to find dairy free ice creams in the flavours I want.Whilst mint choc chip is one of my fav flavours of all time, this doesn't beat the flavour of mint choc chip i used to buy at the ice cream shops. Cart D'or please fix your ice creams and make them more dense enough milk please use alternatives.My fav Carte D'or Ice cream in order from best to worse.1: Salted Caramel2: Dark chocolate ice cream3: Mint choc chipI have not tried any other flavours, but the fact is all the ones I've tried have all been far too soft and because its not dense it isn't as filling as the other brands, so the value for money is a bit poor, these should all be 1 quid each.
