This is my third woll pan and i'm working up to having nothing but WOLL.Expensive but worth the investment.The ones with detachable handles once removed can go in the oven so are dual purpose.If you are dieting or just don't want to use fat they are brillient for that also.Buy.

Excellent pan but doesn't work with all induction hobs

it is not working on induction stove as claimed by the manufacture it should

I read that this pan was supposed to be light and good for people with arthritis. The pan is beautiful but very heavy for me.

En mi cocina ha habido un antes y un después desde que adquirí este tipo de sartenes. Los productos quedan mucho más sabrosos, la carne es otro mundo y el pescado ni se pega. La limpieza es sencilla porque no se pega nada.

It cooks beautifully, usually needing no oil at all. Stores away very well, being square. Handle detaches easily.
