Q: How do you get the lens out to change them? I have the pictures sent with it, but not working.

To get the lenses out you pull down on the bottom of the lens frame close to the nose section and push the bottom section of the lens out from the inside. To install the lenses insert the top and outside of the lens into the frame. Pull down on the bottom of the frame near the nose section and push the lens into place. They fit tight but will snap into place. Once the lens is in just check and make sure the lens is seated all the way around. Hope this helps.

Q: Do these fit over Rx glasses?

No, they fit to close to the face. RX contacts would be the only option for under the glasses.
