Very nice chair and comfortable only one thing could be better, the way the tray connects it does not go on flat and things slip off easily but it does have slots for table and phone. BUT LET ME SAY I AM VERY HAPPY WITH SELLER! We got the first chair and it was damaged due to neglect on Shippers end. The box was smashed on one corner which broke leg supports because of this and was beyond repair. I quickly contacted the seller explained this was a gift I needed in 4 days. Sent the pics of box and chair they shipped new one out that day and I did not need to return broken one. Because of their quick response I had the new chair to give as the gift! Thank you for you wonderful customer service!

This chair is NOT zero gravity.In zero gravity chairs you can recline with little or no effort.This chair barely reclines, and you have to fight to recline the minimum amount that it does recline, even my 6'3 250 pound husband has trouble. When you get it to its farthest position the mechanism to hold it there won't hold it, it just sits back up on its own. Which by the way is not a comfortable position either. It was a waste of good money!

This is my favorite chair and the cushion is so comfy. Easy to get in and out of. Would recommend this chair highly

Well made, poorly designed. The leg extension is longer than chair seat height, making it impossible to sit in like a chair. I could fall into it and then adjust, crawl out. Had the seat been taller, it would be fine because you’d be able to back your legs next to it and sit because the leg part would not form an inverted wedge between you and the chair. The width is great, got for me and my dog, but she had trouble jumping up because of that wedge. Acrobatics at 72 is not pretty! The recliner part comfortable. Giving to charity because it is large and the return label seemed to be for parcel post.

For several years I have need to sleep in a recliner to avoid back pain on arising. Even an adjustable bed did not work because I rolled on to my side which did not work. So at home I have been sleeping in a Lazy-Boy Recliner with excellent results.---Traveling and staying in hotels and motels rarely produced a practical substitute with cushions and pillows. I bought this recliner to try on upcoming three week auto trip. I tried it out a home one night with very good results. Would like if the leg support extended farther and the knees could be elevated more---but keeping the chair light and portable is also critical. I'm looking forward toward good sleep while traveling.

Well made, attractive and comfortable - zero complaints. Easy to set up. The adjustable headrest is a nice touch, as is the detachable side table with slots for drinks, phone, sunblock etc

The chair was fine. Wasn't what I was looking for. Cost 127.00 to return.

We had the problems as described below. The seller did reach out and suggested ways to fix the chair to make it stay in the reclining position. They followed up several times and even offered to pay to ship it back. My husband is pretty handy and by that time, he had come up with his own fix, but the chair was altered. I told the seller we would just keep it and they offered a $15.00 refund for our trouble which I gladly accepted. I still believe there is fault in the design. Their customer service is great, but I still would not recommend the product.One of the ties on the cushion broke right away and the chair does not stay in the reclining position. It costs more than I paid for it to ship it back. That tells you the quality of the chair. I paid for a $20.00 chair and the rest of the cost was for the seller to ship.
