Se nota mínimamente, hay poco NADH
Pues lo del título.Después de varios días tomándolas, no se nota nada muy diferente.Si eres de los que les cuesta mucho levantarse, esto te ayuda un poco y durante el dia te deja mas despierto en general, pero no es como el café, que se nota a saco, ni te pone nervioso.La concentración de NADH es baja en este suplemento.Hay que combinarlo con Q10.
