Wright Products FJBWH Florida Style Bracket, White

I was looking for this part from local hardware stores but couldn't find it that's why I ordered online. It is made of hard plastic and looks pretty strong. The last one lasted about 15 years and I hope this will be like the last one but I wish they made this with some kind of metal and you don't have to replace again.

Good quality plastic. Easy to install.

This piece fit right onto my door frame and saved me from having to cut the wood trim to attach the bracket supplied with the closer.

Was exactly like promised. Fitted perfectly. I will buy it again.

I have a lanai around my pool, and it has screen doors. The UV breaks down plastic, and the jamb bracket broke. This is a unique jamb bracket in that it screws in on two (2) planes. Exactly matched what I had.When I reinstalled using new hardware (not included), I used a bit of anti-seize as potential for dissimilar metals and ease of replacement matters. Don't tighten that hardware too tight, as this plastic will crack (I can validate, -1 star for sturdiness). However the UV will likely deteriorate it before the single hole that cracked will fail, at which point I will order another.
