Dimensions state 8.6 x 5.3 x 2 inches. What is actual length of these, 4 inches?

If you normally use Blazer Vanes, they're identical, plus the extension that runs up the shaft. The extension probably helps bond them so they don't come off the shaft on target penetration. On any shaft I've used them on, I've never had one come off.

Some do and some don’t, but you can simply put a slight twist on it as soon as you pull from the boiling water.

Great product

Bought these to try an alternative to refletching my arrows form wear. They work great! I had six shafts done as fast as I could remove the old fletching, they look good and fly great. Easy to carry in my bow case so I'm going to start carrying more for any "emergency" repair. I've told everyone I see at my archery club to consider them. Pricier than regular vanes, BUT I don't need glue, or a jig and they are ready as fast as you can boil water.
