Aji-no-moto Monosodium Glutamate (Msg) the Essence of Umami 3 Oz.

Using msg in your food makes it taste so much better. I cooked chicken and rice with curry sauce and it really did make it taste like a chinese meal. I also added chinese five spice for the extra chinese flavour.

I expected and needed to receive this product in a dispenser bottle, instead received a bag of MSG. Product was NOT as described.

Yummy. I got 2 so 1 is at work as pictured and 1 is at home. It even makes dry salad taste happy.

product arrived within days of ordering, witch I was really pleased with as the product came from Thailand, product arrived in a very strong little box. Very happy with product,you only need to use a little msg towards the end of the ccoking process of certain oriental dishes so product last a while and certainly brings out the flavours.

Good product, but in a plastic bag not a glass dispenser as per photo...

Clearly I should have read the reviews prior to purchase, as I too was expecting the glass bottle pictured. The plastic bag it instead comes in is quite useless.

I ordered this one because it is handy to have the MSG in a little dispenser and because my husband and I wanted to try out MSG in our stirfrys and other Chinese type meals. I think it does enhance the flavours and I will be ordering more soon.
