These are really excellent gloves. Surprisingly tough and hardwearing, you can also chuck them in the washing machine to get them clean. They fit closely and stretch well, so - unlike most gardeniing gloves - you almost forget you're wearing them. I do a lot of serious gardening - not of the genteel, pottering-around-with-a-trug variety - and I wear them all the time. Other gloves annoy me, and I take them off for the more fiddly jobs, but these I keep on for all except the most delicate work like potting up. They do wear out eventually, of course ... the ends of the fingers eventually go ... but I'd had my first pair about two years before that happened - and I was grubbing weeds out of gravel - otherwise they'd probably have lasted longer. Highly recommended.

These fit snugly but cover the wrist too. A super pair of gardening gloves.

These gloves fit well, having the adjustable wrist Velcro fastening. They are similar in fit to my previous Bosch gloves, which are no longer available. The imitation leather palms, however, do not feel very resilient and I wonder if they will last. They also make my hands sweat. Other than that, they were reasonably priced and pretty to wear.

I was hesitant in ordering as there was no size stipulated and I thought being a ladies glove that it might be small. But Amazon are great at returns so I wasn’t overly concerned. At 5ft 7” I need a medium and thankfully a medium is what arrived. They are also a really lovely colour; a soft blue/lilac rather than the vibrant colour as shown in the photo. Great fit.

I always buy Brier gardening gloves because they are comfortable and very hard wearing. I'm a keen gardener and I garden for some part of every day while wearing this make of gloves. I bought my last pair from Amazon almost two years ago and they are just about worn out now so it shows they are very long lasting. I wouldn't buy any other brand now I'm a vey happy gardener.

Love these gloves, the second time I have ordered this pair as they are great for general gardening. Comfortable, durable, nice colour, good fit and I have quite large hands too. Plus I love the velcro which secures them on and they are easy to take off and put on again.

This buyer/Amazon needs to sort their shop, as the product I clicked on & purchased was labelled as being synthetic, but the gloves that have arrived are leather. I’m vegetarian & never buy anything in leather. I was buying these for someone’s birthday, so will have to stick with them as there isn’t time to exchange them.They may well be great gloves, but they should be very careful with their description & which item is actually ending up in the shopping basket.

Gloves are about a size 6.5/7They're flexible, but tough and have softened slightly with wear, so now they're really comfortable. I use them at work- it involves a lot of steel rope and oily chains, but these gloves are holding up really well and keeping my hands ladylike.
