I have to point out quickly that this pasta machine at 180mm does not have all the accessories you can get for its 150mm little sister. I think the included fettuccine and tagliolini cutter is your lot.But who cares?I want a pasta machine that rolls out nice wide sheets that I can do anything with. This does exactly that.It is solid, easy to use, clamps tightly to my table; it is a quality item that I highly recommend for the serious pasta maker!

I purchased this machine after reading comments from Judges in cake decorating competitions. I now have difficulty rolling out florist paste etc to the required thickness and this machine has been a godsend. It rolls out the paste to any thickness I want, so now I can continue doing what I love. Having never used a pasta machine before it took a little time to work out the various rollers, and now I wouldn't be without it. The rollers are non-stick which really helps when rolling various mediums. Brilliant.

Made pasta first time last night. You need to get prepared to do this. Machine was perfect. I’m so glad I went with this one I did a lot of research. I’m hoping to use it for fondant rolling as well. I don’t see why you couldn’t use it for both

Excellent product just don’t buy added insurance as if the SELLER is amazon it is ALREADY insured for 2 years! I have checked this with amazon themselves after paying £24 insurance for this and the motor! Terrible to be sold insurance which is actually already covered and only additionally covers theft when it comes down to it!

Bought this for my friend. Good quality but the price is getting higher even I chose shipping from Italian. I bought one few years ago and still good functional and no rust.

180 mm modelini özellikle mantı yapmak için aldık ve gerçekten çok kullanışlı çıktı.Marketlerde genelde kıymalı mantı satılıyor ama benim gibi nohutlu ya da patatesli mantı sevenlerdenseniz, bu makine tam size göre! Artık evde mantıyı doya doya yiyeceğiz.Makarna kısmına gelirsek: Hamuru sarı unla ve sert yoğurduğunuzda sonuç mükemmel oluyor. Birçok un türü denedim; en iyi sonucu semolina (irmik unu) ya da sarı un ile aldım — hem lezzetli oluyor hem de mideyi şişirmiyor. Evde taze makarna yapmak harika bir deneyim. Hamur açmayı pek bilmeyen biri olarak bu makine hayat kurtarıcı oldu diyebilirim.

Al principio de trabajar con arcilla compré una máquina de chicha y nabo, y la verdad es que fue tirar el dinero.Al final me decidí por comprar esta después de ver muchas reseñas, que era un poquito más cara pero esperaba que me durará más. Estoy muy contenta con ella, es muy robusta, funciona muy bien y el único pero que le pongo es que la parte inferior, donde están las cuchillas para que no se pegue la arcilla a los rodillos, es de plástico. Me resultó un poco chocante porque no lo había visto en ningún vídeo pero la estoy usando y la verdad es que el plástico es duro y de momento funciona muy bien así que espero que dure mucho tiempo porque sino adiós a la máquina.Aconsejo encarecidamente ver tutoriales sobre cómo limpiarla, es la parte más engorrosa de este tipo de máquinas pero se puede simplificar mucho sabiendo hacerlo. Ana Belchi tiene un tutorial perfecto, yo lo hago como ella aconseja y no tardo ni 5 minutos en dejarla impecable.Llegó rápido, perfectamente empaquetada, directa de fábrica.Yo para la resina le he quitado la parte posterior porque eso es más bien si la usas para hacer pasta, y me reservo la opción en un futuro de comprar el motor aparte y ponerlo porque viene preparada para ello.
