I've heard great things about the derma roller treatment and have been using a 0.5mm for a while now. I wanted to speed up my treatment a little so I decided to buy this product. I followed procedure and sterilised my roller in Barbicide and when I pulled it out I noticed the edge of the roller had cracked off. Even worse, as I rolled it across my chin, one of the needles became embedded in my skin. Luckily I used a numbing cream so I couldn't feel any pain and was able to pull the needle out of my chin. For a product that is suppose to help the texture, tone and health of the skin, this almost could have ruined mine. I would stay away from this product.
