Delicious but greasy
The taste of this is really nice and it's bigger than I imagined. The texture is very firm, more so than a normal pork chorizo and it's also quite oily on the outside. Bear this in mind when trying to slice it or chop it; cutting anything with a sharp greasy knife can be dangerous!
