The struggle to find a recliner is real. It's always a gamble to buy something online that you've never tested out. I pulled the trigger after much deliberating and I do not regret it. I love that it rocks and swivels. Cup holders are plentiful. It's nice and wide so anyone within the suggested weight limit of 320 pounds should fit easily. The motor is virtually inaudible. It has an recline that ends with you almost flat and that's a huge plus. The heat and massage are super soothing after a long day at work. Only one miner negative - Would be cool if the arm rests opened up to store things but it's not something that would keep me from strongly recommending it to a friend.

The media could not be loaded.  Easy to assemble, difficult to sit in.

My husband purchased this replacement chair as his was old and worn out. I must say he is very happy with the comfort, heated seats and the massage function. However, I must point out that the 'massage' function is a vibrate massage, not the rolling massage like the chairs at the nail shops. All in all very satisfied.

Bought the Large size which is really comfortable.Great leg support when reclined. Cup holders handy for remote and phone. Really like it!

Hard as a rock. Feels like you're sliding out. Horrible customer service. Don't buy from this company, I never will again. Trying to return and getting run around!
