Good coffee
As an add-on, the price for this coffee is very good. The coffee tastes just fine and I consider it as close a treat to the way expensive real thing.

Its alright
I bought my first bag of Kona coffee when I was visiting Hawaii a few years back. When I saw that Amazon sold it, I had to get it. I was a little disappointed because the coffee I had in the islands was amazing, and this brand of Kona seemed a little more tasteless. It wasn't so bad that I couldn't kill off the bag, but it still fell short of my expectations.

Local stores quit carrying Kona - so glad Amazon has it.
Great coffee. My local stores have quit carrying them for some reason. But thank goodness for Amazon. I wait for it to go on sale on Amazon, which it does several times a year, and then purchase a couple of bags. On sale, the price is very good. It comes quick. Only once did I have a bag that had a small tear in it. All other times there has been no problem with shipping.

Almost Makes Me Want To Quit Drinking Coffee...
Wow, I like Kona coffees but there's nothing Kona about this. For $9.99 a pound, I don't know what I expected but I did expect it to taste better than a 3 month old opened can of Maxwell House.... it didn't. I gave it 2 stars because a 1 star means I hate it. I don't hate it but I sure don't like it a bit. The roast is so thin, the first pot made (to their specs) was so diluted and watery and bitter, it was almost undrinkable. I threw that pot out and put in 8 tablespoon scoops in to make 6 cups and see how that went. It was darker but it didn't fix the taste. I grabbed a 3 month old opened can of cheap Maxwell House Original and made a pot with that. It was better. Now what do I do with about 14 ounces of this Magnum "Kona"?? If you're picky about the flavor & body of coffee, you'll want to steer clear of this stuff. PEE-yew.

I like it
I reviewed this before.......maybe it did not post. But, that's ok. I must have been in a foul mood that day. It was my mistake thinking that this was "whole bean". It did take awhile for delivery but coffee has a very smooth taste ( no acidity). And, it has a substantial flavor especially being a blend. I will try again.....but try to find it as "whole".
