E45 Intense Recovery Spray, 200 ml

Fantastic product. Much lighter than the cream, but really effective. I'm completely in love with this stuff but it will probably be helpful for people to know how much my nan likes it. She has really bad arthritis and recently had carpet tunnel surgery. The most frustrating thing for her is using products because she can't operate the various lids or squeeze tubes etc. I took this for her to try and she loved it, the spray thing doesn't require much force it's almost a touch. Also, like me, she found she only needed one spray as a little goes a long way. It's absorbed immediately and instantly softens skin and generally makes you feel fresh.In regards to long term results, I do alot of cleaning so my hands are in water most of the time. When it's cold my skin cracks to the point it bleeds on occasion. I've used this over the cold period and not only does it remedy the present damage I've found it's offered a decent amount of protection if regularly applied. (yes I do wear cleaning gloves but sometimes there's jobs where it's just easier to not have them on!)I would definitely recommend people give this a try.

My skin is quite dry so needs to be moisturised after every shower. The problem is, cream moisturisers make me feel icky and I absolutely hate trying to rub them in and then having to wait before I can dress or face doing battle with everything sticking to me! Ugh - no thanks, I'd rather be dry skinned and leaving the house on time, thanks. However, when E45 launched this I had to get it as the speed and ease of a spray was irresistible - and it really is great. One line of spray down each leg is quickly rubbed in and as the spray feels more watery than greasy, it doesn't leave me feeling all oily and clammy which is especially welcome in the warmer months when the thought of rubbing in a handful of gooey cream is awful. It's also completely odourless and does last a while (although not as long as my cream ones as I actually use this rather than leaving it sitting on a shelf!). Genuinely, a product that will become a classic.

Having recently purchased this product and used it for a few days, I have found it to live up to the claimsmade for it. Being Diabetic and having age related dry skin issues, this recovery spray helps repair andprevent itchiness to my skin.I have used other E45 products in the past, but the fact that I can simply spray this over my shoulders ontomy back helps a great deal. I have found it works on dry patchy elbows and knees too, leaving my skinfeeling smooth all over.It is ideal for the feet, has very quick absorption, and I was able to replace my socks within 5 minutes,leaving no sticky or damp sensation in my socks.It has no perfume or additives that can cause itchiness to normal skin.Will buy it again.

I like how easy it is too apply - you still have to smooth it over skin but it is easier. Downside is that the mist will get onto surfaces/bed/carpet, so long term this could build up. I will use it while standing in the bath so its easier to clean. I liked trying the new concept but can't see me using it long term. Felt a very slight layer of grease on my skin after this, but it does say very dry skin only.

This is thinner than I thought it would be and much more liquid-ey. I hate the feeling of creams and moisturises on my hands and so I thought this might solve my problem by being able to spray it on and have minimal rubbing in. I expected a fine mist but it is actually quite a thin and runny cream and still needs a good massage to absorb. But the formula itself is very moisturising and is great for sensitive skin like all E45 products I've tried.

In my personal opinion, the moisturiser needs to be a finer mist. I have severe contact dermatitis on both hands, and for the moisturiser side of things I can not fault it, seems to moisturise the dry skin relatively well and is not greasy at all, which was a must for me.However the application left a bit to be desired. Imagine someone firing moisturiser at you through a water gun. That's the best way I can describe the application - needless to say, it's a messy application to somewhere like hands. The wall in front of me received as much moisturiser as my hands.

I do like how this spray makes my skin feel. It really is cooling & hydrating, which is nice, but I don't think I will get it again. You do have to rub it into your skin still, which is a little annoying. I might as well stick with a cream or lotion. I'd much prefer one I can spray & go instead.

Can’t recommend this product highly enough. Really easy to use, light on the skin (not greasy) and does last a long time. I have always had problems using moisturiser because of the “heaviness” of it - sticking to clothes, moisturisation not lasting long etc, but this has made a huge difference. Really quick and easy to use.
