How often to change the strings?

Havent used Ernie Ball strings for years but the only Cobalt pack I ever bought lasted two weeks at most with regular playing. They rusted badly very quickly. The sound is also quite abrasive by design and were too tight for my liking. But then they are meant for an aggressive attack if that is the sound you are after.

Are these suitable for B standard and Drop A tuning?

Yeah man, perfect to go down to Drop G as well

Will these go to drop A tuning?

Yes, but as usual expect s slightly looser tension in the string. Buy yeah they're great for drop A, I use them exclusively in drop A
