Replacement for the original model, first one defective, amazon replaced it
very easy to install, just pull the old out and put the wiring back on to the FWD, and REVERSE, and then plug the wires into the back of the prongs they connect onto Wires are or s/b color coded so VERY EASY TO REPLACE ORIGINAL

perfect replacement for OE
Replacement was simple and straightforward. Everything lined up and the connectors were a perfect match. The stock switch had a thin gasket that was not included with the replacement part, but I was able to re-use the OE one. This switch feels more substantial than the factory unit. Yes, I'd buy this again and yes, I'd recommend it to others.
