my headboard from my bed is silk. can i use this product to clean it as its dirty.

personally - I don't see a reason why you can't. It's for silk after all :-) however my white silk went cream/yellow after many washes, so not sure whether this is just a silk's nature or that Tenester contributed to it.

There are no instruction for use in English. Please can someone enlighten me??

Not sure why your bottle does not have instructions in English all the bottles I have purchased have. The full instructions are far too long to give here. I would go to the Tenestar site; search for the instructions then print or photograph them.

do i use conditioner in the final rinse with this product?

No, you only use this product in order to protect the silk.

No your silk garments or sheets still need rinsing to get it out.Its very soft and soapy which needs removing.
