A lovely product that has a mild yet pleasant scent. My skin remained hydrated and my beard had a healthy sheen to it, mixed with the beard balm that gave a nice hold I’d recommend this to anyone with a medium length beard

No too shiny
Compared to "Bulldog" and "Percy Nobelman", Untangle decent not good as Bulldog, smell is not too strong and smells good but definitely not good as Nobelman, and most importantly don't add too much shine to my beard like Bulldog. My beard is long and curly and with a small amount of serum smooth the beard enough. But it's a serum not a beard oil, so it can be expected to soften beard as good as beard oil.

This stuff smells great and really moisturises your beard growth, it's quite thick and I need three squirts of the pump to cover my face. It's quite difficult to remove from your hands afterwards, they feel slick for a while.

damaged original box, clearly used goods, no possibility of return or exchange
The shipping envelope was intact, but the original box was damaged and there is clearly less liquid in the bottle... I want to exchange for a truly new and unused product. Despite the information that I have a month to return the product, after filling out the return application, I received a message that I cannot return or even exchange this product. Someone used my product and then packaged it, that's what it looks like. Rudeness

Really good for when your beard is a bit bristly. Not as thin and spreadable as standard beard oil but you still don't need to use a lot and it makes your beard really soft. It also smells fit!
