Failed to include the crown
The collar is nice and looks good quality. Size fits perfect and the name was spelled correctly. However, there are other sellers that sell the exact same item but cheaper. I went with this seller because it offers you an icon. I chose the crown for my princess Cookie. The collar failed to include it which is annoying because that is what makes the collar special... I wrote to the seller and received zero response. Therefore, I do NOT recommend this seller. Go with the other choice!

Looks lovely, beautiful colour, lovely dimonte letters
This looks beautiful but unfortunately the personalised letters are all loose on the strap they are 'threaded' on and move around and separate so you can't really read the pets name, must say the quality and colour was good but disappointed about the letters and symbol being so loose, I'm sure this could have been rectified with a quality inspection before it was sent out.
