I'm 5'10" and the skirt comes just below my knees, see pic. I'm a 14 but wish I had ordered a 16 in this skirt. The waist is very tight.

I think this skirt is well made of a heavy material that hangs well although it says it is knee length and some woman reviewed this skirt and said it just came to her knees saying she was 5'11' tall and as I wanted a bit longer than knee length and so after reading her very helpful review I thought this skirt would be perfect for me as I am only 5' 3'' so I decided to order this skirt it comes about five inches below my knee just perfect and what I wanted like a true midi skirt for me and very comfortable to wear all day so very pleased with this skirt and will buy a red one next as it is a great price too I hope this helps.

I am in love with this skirt. I am a size 14 and ordered 14 and there is more than enough space as the top is very stretchy you could probably go a size down. I am 5ft4 and the skirt does not end above the knee it is actually longer. However the material lets you easily fold it up at the top so you can easily amend it to the length you desire and I have found it doesn't look noticeable even with tight shirts (but my hips might be hiding that!). I actually find this makes the skirt very versatile and I wear it for work and casual wear. For the price I wasn't expecting much but the quality of the material is great - not too thick, not too thin, so its a great all rounder to use throughout the year. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be buying another!

Whilst the skirt itself feels soft, has the look I was after and the material is heavy enough for no unplanned Marilyn Monroe impersonations...it is not true to size! Larger ladies please watch out, I ordered a 24-26 as I wear a 24 in all other brands like Simply Be, Joe Browns, YoursClothing but the skirt didn't even make it past the thighs, Let alone the hips...and while trying for the over the bust route to put it on, that was a no go-er!I shall be returning it, but not because of bad quality...just terrible sizing...the 24-26 was more like a 18-20...as it fitted my mother perfectly...

This is the perfect skirt if you are a "pretty pear". It gives in the places it should. It hangs with grace. The fabric is for winter and I hope this classic skirt will be issued in fabric for summer wear. It is often difficult to find a skirt that accomodates "real women" and this skirt does that perfectly. Its lines are clean enough for office wear and elegant enough for evening wear. I recommend this highly and am glad I purchased it and will happily purchase another. Very comfortable, too.

This is definitely the best skirt I've bought in a long time. I cannot recommend this skirt enough!! I'm 5ft 9'' and it just goes past my knee slightly. It fits true to size and the elasticated waistband helps too. It's extremely comfy and the material is absolutely amazing and it's matte rather than shiny, which is such a nice surprise. The skirt is also weightier than I anticipated which is fantastic for the money I paid for it as most cheap skirts are really floppy and blow about easy. If you're thinking about buying one, DO IT, you won't regret it!!

I like midi skirts and I wanted a navy one for the collection. This one was slightly different from most of the other models I've tried. The waist band wasn't as tightly elastic as many others, so it's more comfortable. Also, the skirt is fuller, which personally I find more attractive than the less fuller ones since it "swishes" nicely as you walk. The fabric is good quality and I thought the price was very reasonable.

love this skirt, plain and easy to wear matches well with other colours and great fro many styles. I'm a size 12 and got a bit bigger size 14 to ensure it fits, its a bit big but since its elasticated makes no real difference size wise, happy overall, thanks
