I take one of these in the morning with a glass of water, pour myself a cup of coffee, and wait 30 minutes before eating. Have been doing this for about a year now.Prior to this year's continuous use, I had used Enada Nadh as a temporary supplement to get myself out of depression. I would notice an improvement after 3 days, continued maintenance improvement for a couple of weeks, and then a decline in efficacy after that. It also worked on the 3rd day for two different friends, one of whom was depressed and having trouble sleeping after major surgery. Finally, after years of using it in this way, I decided to take it every day to see if I could reduce my usual emotional roller coaster of depression followed by relief. It has taken about a year of continuous use, but my mood now is much more stable than it used to be, even under unusual stress. Ordered this last year and used while titrating off a med for depression that also helped with energy (did not use both at same time) and it helped quite a bit but I suspect it made me a bit aggressive. Ordered again as I definitely need it - have several chronic conditions but am also fairly healthy (nutrition and wellness professional) and my brain just LOVED this stuff. May have helped with depression but could exacerbate anxiety in some, so approach with caution.

I received the bottle of NADH. It had the "tamper-evident" seal....however the bottle was stuffed with tablets in the aluminum pop-out type packaging used to push out one tablet at a time. This type of pop-out packaging is NOT used in the bottle...it is used in the boxed packaging.

Works like it's supposed to. Read that the Enada version is more bio-available than the non-Enada. Good to be able to start the day feeling more energetic but not caffeinated.
