Great stuff! Definitely stops hot spots and blisters tho I have still to try this in my walking boots on a hot summers day but to date has performed to max advantage. No more rubbing. Apply before you go out so protection is there from the get-go. Saves endless taping of problem spots with plaster and replacing during the day! Don't hesitate... get it!

I bought this product expecting it to be so much better than it turned out to be. I didn't mind paying the money it cost if it would help with my problem, but sadly it has been a big disappointment.

I discovered this product at the London Marathon Expo , it is amazing, I have never had a blister,rubbing or chafing in any runs I have completed since using it. I have just completed my second 100 KM run without a blister or any redness from clothing rubbing..Amazing product.

I love this sports shield. Does exactly what it says on bottle. So easy to apply and stops chaffing from sports bra, waist band etc. I have used it on runs from 5k to 100k and it's worked brilliantly every time.

at last I can wear a dress without tights and the discomfort of thigh rub. this is a bit sticky to put on at first and takes ages to dry but once dry, its great

Second time buying this product...little life saver for bigger boobed women!!! lol!!! Those sports bras can cut your waist in two after a long run!!!
