So helpful
A big help. I use it with their knee support with metal brackets and they are both amazing. The heat pack keeps my knee warm and stop it for hurting so much, especially in the cold

Gel pad
Great gel pad for extra support and comfort. Have it cold or warm and pops in a little bag so you don't get heat/cold burn. Fits well with the neo knee brace. Would recommend.

Easier than a bag of frozen veg
Very easy to use, simple instructions. Place in boiling water for heat or freezer for cold. Looking at some of the reviews on here it seems some people struggle to understand that. I am currently sitting with a hot disc under my knee support. To start with it was quite warm so I didnt fasten the support up. Once it cooled slightly I followed the instructions and fastened it loosely, same when I iced my knee before bed last night. No they dont stay hot/cold for a long time but then you're not supposed to use something like this for more than 15 minutes and it works long enough for that. I already ordered a second one so I can leave one in the freezer ready to use. I like neo g products. I have 2 of their knee supports, good quality, they fit well and help me carry on mountain biking. I am already looking at their rectangular gel packs for use in other areas like my calves, back and glutes after a long ride. 😁😁😁

Not really had chance to use it fully yet but appears to work ok. I have only frozen one of them so far and used on the sole of my foot.As with others, don't put the disk on your foot (or body) immediately. Wrap it in a tea towel or something similar.Size. This disk measures 145 mm in diameter with a hole diameter of 25 mm.It was the relative small size that made me purchase this.It can be microwaved but follow instructions.There seems to be a discrepency between the paper instructions and that printed on the red (hot) side.The paper instructions tell you to microwave this in a bowl of water. However the instructions on the disk do not suggest this. I would follow the instructions on the paper as it suggests the gel may expand if left in the microwave too long.
