Great product but it tastes so f***ing bad, gotta mix it with juice or squash

This is the Calcium bound HMB which is less readily absorbed than the free form and an adequate dose of 3g (4 servings as per their label) means 620mg of calcium intake which is over 50% of RDA. An adequate amount of magnesium is required to prevent health issues, an ideal ratio of Ca:Mg is 1.7-2.6.

It's a bit too soon to see if it helps but I like that it's a powder form, which is easier to digest for me. The quality and value is good. It doesn't have any distinctive taste but an unusual smell which is bearable for me anyway.

Geschmack ist gewöhnungsbedürftig (bitter), aber wer damit ein Problem hat soll sich halt Tabletten kaufen. Ich habe schon öfters nach einer „massephase“ gecuttet, mit HMB bleibt nach einem cut sichtbar mehr Muskelmassen zurück. Empfiehlt sich auch für Leute die lange trainieren (>1std bei hoher Intensität), da ab einem gewissen Punkt Muskeln als Treibstoff verstoffwechselt werden. Dieser Effekt kann mit HMB vermindert werden. Auch bei Verletzungen und längerem trainingsausfall kann der Muskelabbau sichtbar verringert werden. Und zu guter letzt, auch wenn es mich nicht betrifft, so kann HMB den im Alter natürlich auftretenden Muskelabbau verringern. Kleiner Tipp, das Herz ist auch ein Muskel.

Ah c’est satisfait, cela me permet de récupérer un peu plus vite après mes séances de sport. Par contre ne faites pas la même erreur que moi à savoir ne pas faire attention à la dosette à l’intérieur du paquet et à mettre des cuillères à café au lieu du dosage recommandé, j’ai effectivement trouvé le goût infecte, mais une fois que je mets le bon dosage, aucun souci
