Peek a Boo Elmo 15" [With Battery]

This is really good Elmo. Good sensory toy for children with special needs.

He is great! He is perfect for keeping the very little ones as well as the toddlers busy and amused. All of the Elmos are fun....

Our bubs loves this! He thinks Elmo is so funny. He shows the toy when people come round. He plays peekaboo himself just like Elmo.

My daughter loves this toy, and it would get a perfect score if it had a switch that my disabled daughter could operate herself. (the small switch is hidden in Elmo's foot, and requires a degree of manual dexterity) We did have a Gund 'Peekaboo Bear', and although my daughter listened happily to it over and over, I found its treacly voice soon irritated me. It may be because my children grew up with Sesame Street, but I like Elmo much better.

Nice quality, very cute

Very entertaining little toy, however his mouth doesn't seem to shut properly when talking but doesn't affect its purpose. My son enjoys playing with this.

Ich habe Elmo zu Weihnachten verschenkt. Er spricht zwar nur englisch - aber das hat den kleinen Knirps, der Elmo bekommen hat, nicht eine Sekunde gestört... Am liebsten hätte ich ihn behalten!

To be frank, had we not received a similar peek-a-boo teddy bear as a gift (also made by Gund that moves its arms to cover its face and it talks), then I may not have been interested in spending this much on a stuffed toy. However, I thought - if this Elmo is as good as the Gund peek-a-boo, then my 20-month old daughter will love it since she can't get enough of Elmo :) Turns out, I wasn't disappointed. This Elmo toy is fantastic - very high quality, soft "fur", super soft attached blanket, and when you turn it on, it actually says quite a bit and really grabs my daughters attention. I think the only downside is that, because of the electronic innards, it's not the type of toy your baby could snuggle with. But aside from that, I don't have anything negative to say. If you're looking for a unique and really cute gift, then I would highly recommend this Elmo doll!
