I bought this in 2021, have barely taken it off and the bracelet and engraving are both still looking like new. Really good price and service. I did need to get the chain shortened though.

New review 11/11/20 - old review deleted as product customisation and ordering procedure have changed.I've used this seller before (for both metal bracelets and silicone strap bracelets) and have always received excellent service.My orders have always arrived before the delivery window given at the time of ordering.This bracelet arrived 16 days after placing the order and it was tracked via Royal Mail 48hr service.The earliest date for delivery of the bracelet was given as 17 days after the order was placed.(Previous orders have arrived as early as 9 days before the beginning of the delivery window)I decided to order a new bracelet as I wanted to change one piece of the information etched on it.I opted for the three lines on the front and the three lines on the rear, making use of the maximum space available.This bracelet uses customisation within the order, whereas previously you had to place the order, then message the seller with the customisation information.Customising within the order makes the process faster and you don't have to count your characters to avoid accidentally requesting more letters per line than allowed.You have 3 lines of text on the front, with a maximum of 20 characters per line.You also have 3 lines of text on the rear, with a maximum of 20 characters per line.You can use the same font on both sides, or different ones. There's 9 fonts to choose from.You don't have to use both front and back, nor fill up all of the lines.I managed to fit my name, blood group, medical issues and allergies on the bracelet, filling up the lines on both sides.You are shown a preview of the design (in your chosen font/fonts), once you have entered the information you require etching on to the bracelet.My bracelet arrived in a velour-style drawstring bag, within a plastic postal bag.It was posted through the letterbox, as a signature wasn't required with the tracking service used.The design of the bracelet allows you to fasten the clasp within one of the chain links, rather than just at the ring at the end of the links. This enables a better fit.I haven't included a photograph of my bracelet as it would be pointless once I removed my personal information.The sellers don't recommend using your bracelet in a swimming pool.I use a charity-style silicone bracelet when I need to remove my metal one.I highly recommend the bracelet and the seller. I will use them again if I need another bracelet.I haven't received anything from the seller for this review (no free/reduced products - absolutely nothing whatsoever). I'm just happy with their medical bracelets and service and have used them for years.It makes me mad to see the high prices for medical alert products on the leaflets in hospital clinics/GP surgeries.When you're already dealing with medical issues, you shouldn't be held to ransom for buying a medical alert item of jewellery.

I ordered this product and was sent the wrong size, it was far too small. I complained and the seller offered to send a replacement with the correct size, free of charge. It duly arrived today, 14/8/23 and lo and behold it was exactly the same size as the previous one! I ordered 210mm as you can see in the photo it is nowhere near that size! Because of the original date of the order I can't get a refund because it is beyond the date of 4/8/23. This seller needs to get their act together especially as the engraving is difficult to read and a waste of time having! I am appalled! I shan't be ordering from VNOX again and shall just put the loss of my money down to a bad experience!

This bracelet is really good as I decent quality cheap alternative to a medic alert bracelet and the quality doesn’t seem cheap or fragile, the engraving is lovely and well done. The only problem is that it states the length of the bracelet and it is definitely wrong. It says 7.3 inches and I would say it’s more 6.3 inches if not less. My wrist is 6.5 inches and it’s a very tight fit and was difficult to get on so bare that in mind.

I've purchssed two of these bracelets throughout the years and I think for the fair price it is a great product. I am not petite and I think the bracelet is a perfect size. It is very sturdy & solid. I never ever take it off... I sleep with it on, shower with it on, and do all kinds of regular activity and it has never fallen apart. Unlike cheap jewelry, this bracelet does not turn your skin green and rather, is comfortable to wear, is long lasting and is very good quality. The personalized inscription is fairly deep enough that it lasts a long time but as with all things, after a few years it eventually does wear down, but still worth it. For a medical bracelet it is pretty cute. The product arrived in a little bag and came with a medical card you could fill out with your personal details. I would definitely recommend this jewelry product to friends & family... excellent purchase.

La llevo puesta desde hace una semana, me ducho con ella puesta porque es un poco difícil de poner y quitar si no tienes a nadie cerca, es la rose gold y de momento no se ha pelado ni estropeado, son estrechas tenlo en cuenta si tienes una gran muñeca.
