Very good for the price after 3 months of regular use there are bits that are showing signs of wear but they cost less than half of what most ropes do so you get what you pay for so I’m very satisfied

Have used these a couple of times now and they are really good. The protective sleeve, to stop rubbing against the object they looped around, is really handy.

This is a good rope. I have only used it with my class inside but it seems robust enough to endure some outside work. It is flexible, study and a good weight. Get working and achieve forearms like Popeye. Also comes with a nifty exercise sheet, if you are new to rope work.

Had it for months now, used indoors and outdoors no problems.

Storing them us a bit of a pain but those with a garage would be fine.I currently store in a ratten basket they use fit!I am a petite female 5ft 7 and these are perfect using in reps of 50.My husband does double this. So stronger people may want a little heavier.

I’ve used this rope 4 times for 5mins per time. It’s fed through a purpose bought wall anchor. The middle of the rope hits polished concrete when I use it. The rope is already beginning to unravel and fray in parts. I’ve had to tape up those bits.
