very tasty and fragrant, although sometimes i wish it doesnt have colouring effect so i could use it to make dishes with that signature pandan aroma

I used it to make cupcakes so far they were pretty good I'm thinking of maybe making pandanbread people next word of advice don't put your nose too close to the bottle when you first smell it I spent a couple of hours before I realized I had a bright green spot on my nose I just thought the aroma lasted ages

Don't know how it goes with pastry or something else,but it selves smells terrible I am not going to use it

I cannot comment on the taste because I would not feed this to my family since I noticed that it contains the colourings tartrazine and sunset yellow, both of which carry a health warning in the UK for being associated with hyperactivity in children. The bottle came with a sticker carrying the legally required warning for tartrazine, but not sunset yellow, and there really should be warnings for both in the online product description as well! My advice is not to buy this if you care about food safety
