How do I get the music to play? It moves and lights up, but no music?

On the back, there is a disc-like part. Roll it one way, then the other and the music should play. It also adjusts the volume. If you try that and still no music, I believe your product is defective and should be returned...

I'm not sure why others are saying it plays Christmas music. It plays one carousel tune (not Christmas). It does move however.
