A: No, it will not.  It is made for the long campers axes.

**Q: Does it has a belt hook?**
A: yes it has a loop for your belt

**Q: What are the measurements?  Will sheath fit a hand ax size 3" blade by 5"**
A: Inside measurement is 4" for the blade and 5 1/2" to the handle, I use mine for a Stile 4" X 6" x 16" Forestry Hachet and it works fine, hope this helps.
