This is a great collar! The color is vibrant and does not fade, and the embroidery is bold and stays looking great. The collar is well made and built to last. It is easy to adjust and easy to put on, and the breakaway closure is a great safety feature. The collar also softens with wear, making it very comfortable for my cat.

I originally ordered this collar back in July. The first one I ordered was a year ago. It was so beautiful, but my cat had lost it. The one that I ordered this past July supposedly was delivered but it could not be found anywhere on my property or the neighbor's properties. This is a good neighborhood. We all know each other very well and sadly have gotten used to having to take our neighbors mail to them when we receive theirs. I never received the package. When I contacted the seller, they wwre completely kind and caring about the loss of me not receiving the collar. I told them that we do have a big problem in this area of not receiving our mail.There seems to be a problem with a shortage of mailmen and people not receiving their mail all over our neighborhood and has been ongoing for some time. Anyway, I contacted the seller told them my problem and they were so good about sending me another coller.They also expedited the delivery because I had been waiting so long. I like this company because the collars they make are very nice quality. And they are durable. I just want everybody to know that you're in good hands with this company. And I want to thank the company very much. Because to me, it's important for my cat to be wearing a collar with his home number on it when he goes outside. Thank you again.

Nice lettering, clear and big. But very difficult to undo the locking clasp after it’s in and around cats neck. You really have to loosen the adjustable straps and slip it over their head. I had to wait a month for delivery as well.

Product is very nice. Good quality. Lettering is good size and easy to read. For safety, the clasp is easy to pull apart should your pet get caught on something. Light enough that my non-collar wearing pets didn't even notice they were on. Perfection takes time and seller is wonderful to work with. 1 collar was mailed to the wrong address and the seller rectified it immediately! These are custom orders and take time so please be patient. Mail service isn't what it used to be. I feel the collars are worth the wait.

Very pretty and practical! It appears to be made by an individual seller based on the packaging. I love supporting independent sellers when I can! Very good value. Good sturdiness for a cat collar since it does have the “loose” latch so they can’t accidentally catch it and be stuck somewhere or strangled. Took a little while to come, but since is customized, that is to be expected. We have been able to keep these kittens inside so far, but our experience is that our cats get out at some point somehow!! -Osmosis?!?

This collar worked perfectly while my cat was a kitten and stayed close to home. However, now that she’s grown and wandering further, we’ve run into issues. The breakaway feature is very sensitive—she has lost the collar twice now. While I was able to find it in the yard the first time, the second time it disappeared for good, taking her QR code ID tag with it. It’s a solid safety collar, but if you have an active outdoor explorer, be prepared for it to go missing.

I agree with many of the reviews about the cat collar. sturdy, printing is large and visible, large bell so we know where our "kitty" is running off to! It's a great item!

Good quality, well made

The collar is adorable and easily adjustable for my smallish cat. The clasp is a release one should she get caught on something outside, but not so easily that it falls off. The clasp does overlap the telephone number given that she is on the small side, but in no way hinders its purpose. My cat is not particularly fond of collars, but has not even once been bothered by this one. Loved the first one so much I bought another one in a different colour. It arrived much faster than anticipated. Definitely recommend this product.

Vraiment beau et bien fait. Juste un problème : il est beaucoup trop grand même ajusté à la plus petite taille. Mon chat pouvait sortir la tête, mais je l'ai coupé et recousu à la main. Cela devrait tenir.
