i am fair skinned. so should i use medium or dark color ?

Definitely use the medium. You can reapply to add depth of color. I think dark will be too much for fair skin.

What is the secret for no streaks or patches?

If your patches are on the dryer areas such as knees and elbows, just put lotion on those areas prior to application. As far as avoiding streaks, I just work fast, doing one section of the body at a time, ie. top of feet and ankle, lover leg/shin and calf, knees and thigh, etc. I use rubber gloves to avoid waste.

Help: do i put mooaturizer on first before applying st. moriz or afterward once it dries?

I do it before and let it fully dry before adding tanner

How does this hold up to sweat? Will my sports bra rub it off?

Yes. I also found my legs looking not so great after a day because it seeped into the pores in my legs. I followed all the steps and then some. I just spent the money to go spray tanning at my local place to avoid the embarrassment.
