So Beautiful
Purchased this tree knowing I’d have to “assemble” it and carry it outside! I’m usually in tears with directions- not so here! It’s so easy to put together and I carried it outside and anchored it and it’s BEAUTIFUL!! The way it’s packaged makes the connections so easy!!!! Thank you to this company for making assembly so clear!

Good customer service
After I got the tree up the lights wouldn’t work. I contacted Brightown and they sent a new replacement tree.

Received Broken
I really liked this tree, it was easy to set up, and when I turned it on I was happy. But then I couldn't the light pattern with the remote. I couldn't turn the tree off. The remote was lame, and felt very cheap. I even put a new batterie in it. I contacted the company about the problem and they wanted me to send a video of the problem. What? So I just returned the tree. To bad, It was a nice tree, but I won't recommend it.

Remote it from close up
The remote control has to be within 5 feet of the outlet with no window or door glass in between. While it looks very pretty, our strong North Dakota prairie winds (we live in the country) have demolished 2 of the clips holding the lights on the rods. Replaced them by using duck tape, not an especially good look. Be careful when testing the various lightshow options. Some of them are real migraine starters! Now that I think about it, why in the world do I want an outdoor decoration considering we live nowhere near anyone else?! Hope the rabbits, coyotes, antelope and deer are enjoying it.

Sturdy and beautiful
The quality of this item is excellent. Easy to put up and take down. Love all the options for light display. The remote with the product doesn't work properly. I will buy these again , I just don't rely on the remote. Would be wonderful if they did upgrade the remote. The remote is the reason for 4 stars
