Not as good quality as the more expensive silicone sheets BUT they are good quality and they do the job for a fraction of the price. These are excellent for zero fat cooking, no need to grease the tray. I've baked all kinds of things with no oil added and they come out clean and do not stick. Just wait for the item to cool first. Also, I have one of those ovens that also grills as well, and forgot I had this in there. Sadly this does ruin the sheet – this is completely my fault as these are not for grilling and I forgot. The sheet bubbled up, but was still useable. I bought another anyway. These are easily cut to size. Also extremely easy to clean as well, pretty much cleans itself and just needs a rinse.

Just recently brought this and wow , why did I wait so long , its great and at a price that is great to. parchment paper is okay but this has opened new ideas to me such as a coconut veil made with agar agar , which cant go on cling film, (as it reacts) and stuck a little to parchment paper. Cleaning after baking is easy as your'd expect , go on treat yourself today.

Very interesting product. It's easy to clean but burnt food does seem to discolour it (but doesn't seem to affect its performance). I found it produced a smell the first couple of uses so I'd recommend perhaps giving it a good wash, put it in the oven on a tray *without* food the first time, then give it a good wash before using it with food. I'd definitely recommend it if you cook food that makes trays hard to clean every time, it will save a lot of hard work.

It was a chance remark by another reviewer - who seemed to think it a disadvantage that the product was so thin - that encouraged me to settle for this particular brand. This is because the thickness of the sheet is important to me (the thickness not being a feature included in many (if any) other silicon sheet products that I could find). I don't actually use these sheets for the intended purpose, instead using them when making my own soap, a suitably thin silicon layer being required to line my wooden molds. This product is thin, yet surprisingly strong, and is easy to cut to shape with a craft knife. It easily tolerates high temperatures and exposure to high alkali products without distortion or any detectable deterioration or discoloration. In fact, I think it will be very long lasting and makes removing soaps from the molds a whole world easier. I can only imagine that it will be very helpful to those who use it for cooking, but do remember what I said about it being easy to cut. Please use (or tell the kids to use) a suitable spatula and not a knife to scoop up your fresh-bake cookies!

It's okay, but greasy when you try and wash it. Definitely saved me money on tin foil though. Slight odour.

Fed up with baking biscuits and having to scrape them off the "non" stick parchment I decided to take a gamble on one of these. Wish I'd got one years ago! Cheap as chips and works a charm. Washes up easily and can be rolled up and stored til next time my toddler wants me to bake bickits for him! Great item. Great price. Great seller.

These are brilliant. Nice and thin, so I cut it in two to line smaller trays. Definitely stops everything sticking to the tray. But, if you are using oil and washing by hand, it is really hard to get the oil off properly - I nearly always have to re-wash them as they are still greasy when I go to put them away, however hard I have tried to get them clean. Overall excellent, though - I will still keep using them and would recommend them if you have a dishwasher!

i work in a residential home and i got these for work as the ones we had were getting a bit tattered. they are smooth on one side and have a very slight rough texture on the other. i mention this as my old ones have a raised pattern on one side and need a bit of a scrub to get clean especially if i had used them to roast meat on. they are easy to wash and i have used them for meat, veg and pastries. everything slides off but they are not good for meringues or biscuits. a very useful kitchen aid and fit the commercial size aluminium mermaid trays and grundy tin lids that i have. i will probably buy these again
