Hand Squeeze Stress Balls Set with Carry Bag- 3 Resistance, Finger Wrist Arthritis Therapy Rehab Exerciser, Carpal tunnel, Stroke Rehabilitation Equipment

I bought these Exercises 'egg' shaped balls for my husband who has an problem with one of his hands and medically nothing can be done at this stage unless the condition becomes worse, so wondered if an exercise ball would be of benefit. We looked at the circular balls and the ovoid balls and decided that this product might fit better in the hand to sit and squeeze when perhaps watching T.V or reading. The product does not come in any fancy packaging just a clear plastic bag with the three balls and the folded pouch. No instructions on use but have read elsewhere they should be placed with the pointed end - round end across the palm, or the pointed end facing down the palm to the wrist, however we prefer it place diagonally across the palm as it feels better when squeezing (it fits the curve of the hand better). I would say initially use for about 10 - 15 minutes at a time by gently squeezing and releasing . The pouch is a draw string bag which is probably strong enough to store the balls when at home (14.5cm wide x 19cm long). The eggs have three different resistance levels, the yellow one having the least resistance (quite soft), pink has a medium resistance and blue has a firm resistance, to allow you to use whichever is more comfortable and if need be allow you to work up to a harder resistance if it benefits you. We are not able to comment on how well these will work and if they will aid the problem they were bought for, or the robustness and longevity of this product but they are a good price and if nothing else they can be used to try to help relive stress or something for fidgety hands to find something to do. ** Early days but after using 3 - 4 times a day, 10 - 15 minutes each time over eight days the use of these exercise balls seem to be slightly benefiting the condition, so with further use they may continue to help even more.

I chose this item for several reasons, but mainly hoping to rehabilitate my wrist which was broken a while ago. They have proved invaluable for exercising my fingers, hand and wrist. The eggs fit well into my hand, nice size, grippy feel, and the 3 different strengths work well - progressive therapy! I now use them in both hands as they are good for my arthritis too. I've used the usual stress balls before, but these are altogether better quality and more effective.

They were hard, even the soft ball. Good for stressed out men. Good qaulity.

3 different from soft to hard. So useful for all conditions. Useful for like me with Carpel tunnel. I am starting with soft and hope to graduate as hand gets stronger.

Good size for lady (Small). Seem ok but hardly had time to use them! No user exercises in box to practise - that’s poor!

I have very limited dexterity in my hands and very poor grip a combination of carpal tunnel and arthritis so physio said it would be a good idea to use these. I found them very easy to use and the different levels of density mean you can build up the strength which I'm sure I'll be able to do once I find them as the cats have stolen them as toys!!

Ik gebruik deze ballen om de RSI van het computer werk wat te compenseren. De zachtste bal kan de indruk geven dat die een klein beetje kleeft, maar is zeker niet storend. De grootte en kwaliteit zijn ok.

Ich habe sie mir bestellt um meine Beweglichkeit in den Fingern zu verbessern und auch zu erhalten. Im Moment nutze ich noch das gelbe Ei, da es am weichsten ist. Das Rote ist Mittel und das blaue Ei geht ganz schön schwer. Wer möchte, kann die Eier auch zweckentfremden und sie einfach nur bei Stress oder Ärger benutzen. Alles in Allem sind die Teile einfach super.

Bra träning för den med nedsatt muskelfunktion i hand eller vid gissning, frånsett stressboll. Olika motstånd beroende på handskarna.
