Viridian100% Organic Golden Flax Seed Oil 500ml

This is the best oil that I have tried, that helps my osteoarthritis in my right hand. I can’t say I like the taste, but I quickly wash it down with a smoothie or orange juice.

This is my first purchase of using flaxseed oil from a bottle, I've always used capsules but since using Viridian flaxseed oils I've increased the dosage and take this with cottage cheese or Kefir cheese as this helps absorption, I've found this out recen, I love the product and would highly recommend.

Add this to my smoothie every day. Good quality and taste!

Very good quality flaxseed oil, correctly packaged ( bottle of dark glass and cardboard box- it protects the oil from sun rays)

I take 10ml daily and was advised this would help menopause symptoms which I feel it has a bit. It certainly helps to keep a regular bowel!

Goes in my smoothie each morning. Great product.
