Thank you for inquiring about this. Blackwood products are verified to contain exactly the net weight of liquid (in this case, 8.92 fl oz) noted on the bottle. However that liquid usually does not reach the top of the bottle, since the bottle & pump operate best when not filled completely. Many personal care products are filled similarly, but it's not noticeable because they don't have cool translucent bottles like ours. So even if liquid doesn't reach the top, by weight the full 8.92 fluid ounces should be there. Hi! This shampoo has over 15 natural botanicals that help thicken & strengthen hair, prevent itching & flaking, and balance scalp oils while also hydrating your hair and of course getting it clean. Botanicals include Licorice Root, Panax Ginseng Root, Swertia Japonica, Clove Flower & Aloe Vera.  There is also a light fragrance with hints of white musk and citrus. Not strong, but it is present.
