Only just started using Gaviscon. So cannot compare prices. Generally, the prices have hiked everywhere. Especially on essential things. Amazon has always been reasonable compared to some chemists. I'll try home bargains. But then you just end up buying other stuff. It's a god's send for someone who has limited mobility to get Amazon prime.
