how do they last, could they be used on a full eternity ring ?

I've had them on my rings since the end of July and am about to replace them as they've started to let the rings move round again. There's various sizes so the larger ones may well fit a full eternity ring but, as suggested previously, may feel rather bulky. You only need a small amount so even replacing them every six months or so 1 pack should last years.

Do these stretch please after a while and slip working their way around the ring. Thankyou

The larger size does work it's way around the ring but the smaller size I have no problems with

Will I be able put the size adjuster on with the rings already on my fingers as they won’t come off now?

Yes I think you would be able to.... but just wondering why you would need the size adjuster if they won’t come off - unless it’s to stop them spinning round ( I used them on my elderly mother’s rings to stop them falling off her fingers as she has lost so much weight).
